Do you offer returns?
Yes! We want you to love your Petty Collective purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition without any defects. Please note that an $8 shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Based in Canada, we currently ship to the U.S. and Mexico as well.
When will I receive my order?
- Canada: Orders typically arrive in 1-2 weeks.
- U.S. and Mexico: Orders usually take between 4-8 weeks.
Since each item is made to order, shipping times can vary a bit – but rest assured, we’re on it!
Help! Something is wrong with my order.
Oh no! If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right. Email us at alejandra@pettycollective.com with your order number and a description of the issue, and we’ll take it from there.
I accidentally entered the wrong address or forgot my apartment number!
If you realize there’s a mistake in your shipping address, please email us immediately at alejandra@pettycollective.com. If your order has already shipped, we can’t retrieve it. However, if the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a fee of $11 will apply (covering $5 for processing and $6 for reshipping).
